Bill the owner of Big Bill's Bikes has been building bikes since he was 9 years old and started working in his local bike shop in 1970 this has given him over 30 years of industry experience.

Bill’s son Danny whom works in Big Bill's Bikes has inherited his father’s love of anything to do with the bike industry and is a Cytech trained mechanic.

'CyTech' is an abbreviation of 'Cycle Technicians National Accreditation Scheme'.

CyTech identifies the level of skills possessed by cycle technicians and their ability to assemble and service today's highly complex bicycles.
