Making A Purchase

 Making A Purchase could not be more simple, Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

 We accept all major credit / debit cards

 We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. out of stock items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your payment via phone or pay via Paypal.

Delivery Schedule 

 We will normally deliver your order to you in 3 to 5 working days.

VAT: is included in all our prices @ 15%

 except Helmets which are zero rated

Guarantee; 

 All Bikes are covered by the manufacturers full 12 months warranty  (exept Federal bikes which have 90 days) this covers manufacturing faults and defects and not problems caused by wear and tear or misuse.

 The customer is responsible for all postage and labour costs incured for warranty parts.

 Please note:

 All bikes should be set up by a competent person

Returns Policy  

Returns Policy Returns Policy Big Bill's Bikes.co.uk want you to be comfortable ordering online and have therefore developed a policy that provides you, the shopper, with peace of mind. Here's how it works: You must notify Big Bill's Bikes.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the goods if you intend to return/cancel all or part of your order. This must be done via the Telephone, Email or Letter and have received a reply from Big Bill's Bikes.co.uk in acknowledgement.

Cancellation  

If you wish to cancel your order courier delivery charges for returned goods will be charged at cost to you. Goods must be returned un-used and in the original packaging. Damage incurred through the use of incorrect packaging will be charged at cost.

 Where incorrect, damaged or faulty goods have been supplied, these will be replaced at no charge to you. Subject to goods being in original packaging and un-used in any way.

 Refunds will be processed upon proper receipt of any return.

 Your statutory rights are not affected.

 If however goods are received in good condition and you have had a change of mind or an incorrect size bike has been ordered and there is no error on our behalf then a 10% handling charge will be applied to put the bike back in stock, charges include administration and carriage to which we subsidise
